It's been a while I didn't post here, I am not very active at the moment, personal things happened and I was really depressed (and still). Anyway I try to change my mind and to be back on the craft trail. You can see a big change on the blog layout, a cleaning and update was necessary, and it's more easy to navigate like this with the links !
I am also working on sewing items and accessories, I want to open a new shop soon under the name "Atelier Dolly". It will be about a mix of shabby and decora styles, all about bags, outfits and more. It's time for me to get in business again with new ideas and concepts. It's my dream to live from this after all. I give 3 years to myself for the business to work well, so let's do it and see.
I have received some swaps I was in on the past three months, it was about different things like stick pins, lace pages, altered composition book, tag, ATC, charms and needle book :
I have to do a video about them, I'm so late on doing videos with all what happened !!
I signed for more swaps at our lovely group Ink the Edges, so a Halloween domino book, an altered tassel spool and a tea book and mini are coming !
And now a little talk about my minis in progress.
Still working on this one for Lori, it's a mix of everything but the main theme is about Beauty, I used mainly digital stuff and two different paper stacks for it. It's half done, but here is a preview:
And I have to finish this paper bag Halloween mini too, I started it on the past year and Hallow eve is coming :
Many projects are in wip but each thing one by one for now =)

March DT project for ThePieceByPiece
For this month I wanted to do something different from what I usually do, as I use a lot of pastel and white tones. So my choice gone on a skinny mini using the Typography paper from G45, this line is just perfect as a combination with the gorgeous Venetian black trims who was waiting to be use! The perfect wedding with the vintage look of the paper design! This kind of album is really easy to do and you can just play along with the layout and use lace as a belly pockets or for ornate the paper ones. And it's a compact album, easy to store!

February DT project for ThePieceByPiece
Let's get in a spring mood with the second project I made for ThePieceByPiece!
For this second one, I wanted to do something related to spring, so I decided to work on an altered natural basket. I have used the Secret Garden line from Graphic 45, who is one of my favorite, and the tones of the paper are just perfectly assorted with the trims and bead gems.
I wanted to obtain a beautiful and colorful bouquet on the top. For the inside I have used the paper as well and one of the gorgeous Venice trim. I also made a pocket from the lace, so tags can be store in. I was planning to use this basket for store my altered dominoes but I think it will be a good idea to make a assorted mini album full of lace and spring touch. I keep the idea in mind and will give it a try.
And here are the pictures:
Link of the video, I also mentioned the links of the material in the description bellow:

For my next project, I can tell you it will be something in red and black tones with a french atmosphere.

First Design Team Project for ThePieceByPiece!
And here come the babies I made for the DT project of January!! I'm so happy to be in the design team, it's really a cool experience and a good way to challenge myself, and I love challenge!
So for my first project, I wasn't decide of my choice first because there was just a TON of beautiful products sent by Beverly in the DT package but, I really wanted to do something related to Valentine and use the fabric hearts. So I started to think to something unusual, I came with few ideas but was not satisfied and finally I get it! What about a little pillow who can be hang and has a nice aroma scent? So I gave it a shot and finally I made two little ones!! I really like how they turned, remember me a burlesque corset, so Paris! And for the Pot Pourri touch I used aroma wood resin inside!
And that is not all, I was really inspire for making something else, a feminine and useful accessory that you can bring with you and fix on your bag (because like all women, your bag is probably like the void inside and you search a lot when your phone is ringing). So this pocket is convenient and the gorgeous trim make it really lovely, with a flair of old french touch!

Mini lace book
I wanted to try this kind of book for a while now, I really like the ones I saw on YT. So I gave it a shot because I wanted to make one as a gift for a friend. The size is really small, same as the palm of the hand, but I like it this way because I love miniatures and tiny piece. So I tried to managed with my actual lace stash who is low, have to think well for make it pretty (I really have to purchase dangle laces). I choose to make it in white tones as the theme is vintage winter. It's all sew, the pictures too =)
